Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, yes. This may change based on success rates, pricing, and how difficult or easy it is to get things to people across the globe. This may change, but for now, I’m giving it a try.

Are they dishwasher & microwave-safe?

All dinnerware is dishwasher & microwave-safe unless otherwise noted. Each dinnerware glaze has been tested to ensure that it holds up adequately to silverware and knives.

My order was damaged in shipping, what should I do?

All orders are shipped with insurance to cover damage. However, this can be a long and arduous process. I do my best to package items to keep them as safe & secure as possible. If something goes wrong, here are a few steps to ensure you have the right details to submit a claim.

  1. Take lots of picture! LOTS! Make sure you take a photo of the exterior package damage and interior pictures of how it is wrapped and damaged.

  2. Let me know immediately.

  3. Most items are one of a kind and may not be replaceable. However, if a replacement is available, I will gladly ship (within the US) free of charge. International orders may be subject to a shipping charge

Do you accept returns?

I do not. I have not yet had a situation where there was a need to address this, and I hope I never do. I am a (very) small business, and returns on handmade goods are simply not feasible.

There is a manufacturing defect with my item; what should I do?

I do my best to ensure that each item that leaves my studio is high-quality. But ceramics can be tricky. Some things are beyond my control and in the hands of the kiln gods. If your ceramic piece does not hold up, or if you simply have questions, please contact me.

Do you accept custom orders?

At the moment I do not accept custom orders. Ceramics is my second job (I am a full-time UX Researcher), and it brings me so much happiness to create what I want when the moment strikes. This may change in the future, but for now, no custom requests, please.

Do you offer wholesale pricing? What about consignment?

I’ve yet to delve into wholesale, but not opposed to it.

I do consign locally here in New Mexico. I try to be discerning about locations and offer my goods at local small businesses in varied areas.

If you are interested in wholesale or consignment, please contact me.
